04/29/2014 1979 AMERICAN ICON CHEVY CORVETTE 5.7L AKA 350 4BBL ORIGINAL PAINT, INTERIOR, MOTOR, AND CORVETTE WHEELS ALL NUMBERS MATCHING OTHER THAN HAVING AN AM/FM CASSETTE PLAYER THIS CAR IS PLAIN JANE WHITE WRAPPER BONE STOCK 1979 Chevy Corvette. This car has no frame damage it's got a good body. like I said this all numbers matching specifically meaning, The paint number interior number engine numbers all match. I uploaded a picture at the bottom of the interior, paint and engine number so you can see for yourself. It's all original. original paint, interior, and Corvette rallys. Engine is all factory stock under the hood it even has the original dual snorkel air cleaner, and original quadrajet 4BBL carburetor Basically what I'm trying to say, Mechanically, And cosmetically Nothing was ever modified or monkeyed with it's all bone stock (except for the cassette player) A/C does not turn on it may be a switch may be something else I don't know never looked into it. Horn doesn't work, Interior lights don't work, The door locks work but the power lock switch is a little tricky. The passenger T-top has a crack in it. Being that the paint and interior are original, Naturally they show some wear and tear and chips and scratches nothing major considering it's 35 years old. And being that the interior is white, It's not bad. I've seen worse. the turn signals work, Flashers work, Windshield wipers work, Back up lights work, Stop lights work, speedometer works, tacodometer works, all the gauges work, hideaway headlights work, the power windows work great. It starts every time. The engine doesn't knock, smoke, or overheat. It's got a new water pump new brake master cylinder new spark plugs new freon and new oil. It's got a good battery. Good starter. No alternator problems. It's got good oil pressure and great acceleration. the engine is very tight the transmission is very strong and shifts good. The family who owned it before me bought it 18 years ago they never modified it or hotrod it they just enjoyed it occasionally and they said those are the original miles on the speedometer. All in all besides the little problems that I've mentioned keep in mind this is a 35 year old numbers matching classic Chevy Corvette you can get in it turn the key drive and have fun.
